Booking a meeting room should be easy, which is why we allow you to book SOC meeting rooms via a dedicated app, with immediate access to check current availability of all the rooms in your building.

When you know which suite you want to reserve, and the time slot you’d like to book it for, just follow the instructions in the app to secure that slot, with no danger of finding the room double booked.

For last-minute meetings, just check the app to see what’s available and, subject to capacity, you can duck into a meeting room at short notice for a private and confidential conversation.
